Role & responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Verify dimensions, load, hardness, and other quality parameters as per drawings.
Perform first-piece approval before production.
Monitor quality during CNC, grinding, and heat treatment operations.
Identify defects and carry out root cause analysis (5 Why/CAPA).
Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap through corrective actions.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
Work Location ( Immediate joiners will be given preference. )
The selected candidate should be willing to work from our manufacturing facility located at Velnur, near Vel Tech Engineering College, Chennai. Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable with a factory-based role and can commute to the plant on a daily basis.
