Job Description
Lead business analysis initiatives for banking and financial platforms with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
Support the implementation of Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Provide domain expertise and strategic input for platform enhancements and process optimization

Qualifications
Solid understanding of corporate banking and transaction banking products
Proven expertise in Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management




Hands-on experience with Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall settings
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience
Minimum of 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in UAE banking or financial services
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale financial technology or banking transformation projects
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and distributed delivery teams
Experience supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment
