Key Responsibilities
Design, customize, and enhance Vtiger CRM 7.4 modules, workflows, and business logic to support organizational processes.
Develop scalable front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Jquery ensuring responsive and user-friendly CRM components.
Build and maintain backend functionalities using PHP and optimize database structures and queries in MySQL.
Create and integrate custom modules, extensions, and UI components aligned with business requirements.
Implement automation workflows, scheduled tasks, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM performance with a focus on code quality, security, and scalability.
Customize CRM layouts, fields, UI views, and role-based permission structures for diverse user groups.
Maintain version control, documentation, and structured deployment practices for CRM upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into robust CRM features and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Jquery, PHP, and MySQL with hands-on development experience.
Expertise in debugging,



API integration, database optimization, and CRM-level data handling.
Solid logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and an analytical approach to designing scalable technical solutions.
Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment with explicit communication and ownership.

Experience with Vtiger core architecture, CRM migration, or upgrading workflows across versions.
Knowledge of Linux environment, version control (Git), and API-based system integrations.
