• One UI system deeply MUI and/or Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui.
• Redux Toolkit (or equivalent contemporary state management).
• NextAuth with OIDC (Wiley CONNECT and/or Azure AD) sessions, protected routes, role-aware UI.
• REST API consumption with typed clients — retries, error boundaries, empty and loading states

Lexical, Yjs, or ProseMirror — rich text and collaborative editing.
• Apollo GraphQL at platform depth.
• Prisma basics (P3+); deeper data-layer work at platform depth (P4).
• Cloudflare Workers and edge design.




• Terragrunt / Atlantis literacy for FE work that needs recent AWS resources (P4).
• LangChain and simple agentic workflow familiarity — valued for thin orchestration and for operating / troubleshooting
partner-built agents.
• Langfuse and / or LangSmith (or similar) — observing traces and generations to separate agent/LLM behaviour from
frontend issues during incidents.
• Prior QA / QE role or significant test-infrastructure work.
