Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations:
Lead and execute both breakdown and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure zero-defect operations. Monitor equipment availability and reliability (MTTR/MTBF).
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across production machinery (SPM, etc.) and utilities (Compressors, DG sets etc.,).
Technical Improvements:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, and Kaizen to enhance machine performance and energy efficiency.
Project Management:
Support recent machine installation, erection, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and project timelines
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including logs, history cards, and MIS reports. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards (ISO, IATF 16949).
Spare Parts Management:
Manage inventory of critical spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, support departmental training, and provide technical guidance to subordinates.
