Job Title: Project Manager Print & Digital

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Creative Design, Print, and Digital industry to manage client projects, teams, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project requirements.
Handle global project requests, clarify briefs, and provide realistic timelines and cost estimates.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and freelancers.
Manage team utilization, project workload, billing reports, and performance metrics.
Provide technical and creative guidance to teams and clients.
Maintain process documentation and analyse errors to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
8–10+ years of experience in the Print, Digital, Creative Design, or MarComm industry.
Strong experience in Project Management, Client Management, and Team Management.
Positive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Robust understanding of print and digital advertising workflows.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in versatile shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, as required.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
PMP certification is an added advantage.
