Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Accounts & Finance function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare monthly MIS, standalone financial statements, and management reports.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and credit control.
Conduct product costing, gross margin analysis, and profitability reviews.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, EDPMS, IDPMS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate statutory, internal, cost, tax, and IFC audits.
Oversee GST reconciliation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
Develop and improve MIS dashboards and financial reporting processes.
Manage inventory accounting, fixed assets,



and financial controls.
Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
