We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a quick-paced workplace. This position is based in Madipakkam, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.




Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
