Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management
Manage and execute LinkedIn content strategy, including drafting, scheduling, and posting
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely, professional manner
Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach and engagement
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, speaking engagements) into social posts, clips, and written insights

Podcast & Content Operations
Coordinate podcast scheduling, guest communications, and recording logistics
Support episode planning, including outlines, talking points, and post-production coordination
Ensure timely publishing and promotion of podcast episodes across platforms
Maintain content calendar across podcast and social channels

Brand & Thought Leadership Support
Partner closely with executive leadership to translate ideas into transparent, compelling content
Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
Assist in developing campaigns aligned with key business initiatives (e.g., webinars, regulatory updates,



industry trends)

Analytics & Optimization
Track performance metrics across LinkedIn and podcast platforms
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
Continuously refine content strategy based on performance and audience feedback

Qualifications
4 6+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing roles
Solid writing and editing skills (especially for LinkedIn/qualified audiences)
Experience supporting executive or personal brands preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
Familiarity with podcast production workflows is a plus
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
