In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering project teams and external vendors, ensuring all purchases meet exact technical drawings, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate possesses an engineering background or robust experience in technical material planning alongside sharp commercial negotiation skills.

Role & responsibilities :
Source and purchase mechanical/technical materials & components
Negotiate with vendors on price, quality, and delivery
Prepare POs, compare quotations, and finalize suppliers
Coordinate with production & stores for material planning
Ensure timely delivery and maintain purchase records

Skills Required :
Mechanical engineering material knowledge
Vendor negotiation & development
ERP/SAP & MS Excel proficiency
Reading technical drawings/BOM
