The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and customizing Windchill solutions to support engineering and product lifecycle management processes, particularly in aerospace or manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions and enhancements.
Develop and implement Windchill customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Support engineering change management, BOM management, and document management processes.
Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to understand business needs.
Perform solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Work on proposal-based enhancements and continuous improvements.
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
