Execute machine foundation inspection, leveling, alignment, and geometry tests to ensure installation accuracy.
Perform unpacking, positioning, installation, commissioning, and test-running of large imported CNC machines in accordance with OEM manuals and specifications.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems, including spindles, linear guideways, ball screws, automatic tool changers (ATC), coolant and lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and assembly documentation for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities, diagnose mechanical faults, and perform breakdown maintenance to maximize machine uptime and reliability.
Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, installation documentation, and technical service logs in compliance with company standards.
