Role & responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products to achieve sales targets.
Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
Handle billing, cash/POS transactions, and accurately process exchanges and returns as per company policy.
Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, inventory checks, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Build robust customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
Adhere to company grooming standards, attendance policies, SOPs, and support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
