Role & Responsibilities
Improve machine performance, productivity, yield, and energy efficiency.
Reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs through engineering improvements.
Troubleshoot machines and eliminate recurring root-cause issues.
Drive continuous improvements in production processes to increase productivity, improve yield, and lower costs.
Simplify production processes to make work easier, safer, and more effective for operators.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve machine efficiency and reliability.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize machine utilization and plant performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/shop floor operations.
Passionate about machines, manufacturing, and process improvement.




Solid mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
Science-driven and data-oriented approach to manufacturing.
Curious mindset with a desire to understand, improve, and optimize machines.
Experience in food processing, rice mill, dal mill, flour mill, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
Willing to spend most of the time on the shop floor.
