Prepare composite materials, including cutting and kitting.
Perform hand lay-up and prepreg lay-up of composite materials.
Operate autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum bagging equipment.
Prepare molds and perform tool cleaning and maintenance.
Trim, finish, and assemble composite components.
Conduct in-process quality inspections and identify defects.
Handle and store composite materials as per company procedures.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE, and cleanroom protocols.
Maintain production records and report shop floor issues to supervisors Role & responsibilities
