Job Title: Dark Store Hub Incharge

Role Purpose:

To manage end-to-end dark store and last-mile operations, including rider hiring, manpower planning, and operational performance, ensuring timely deliveries and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dark store and Last Mile (LM) operations.
Drive rider hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning as per business requirements.
Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and performance.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and achievement of operational KPIs.
Handle rider, customer, and operational escalations within defined TATs.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock reconciliation.




Optimize rider deployment using robust geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Ensure process compliance, safety standards, and operational discipline.

Required Skills:
Strong geographical knowledge of the local area.
Experience in rider hiring and workforce management.
Valuable understanding of Last Mile (LM) and dark store operations.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Team management and stakeholder management abilities.
