Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform governance, architecture, and solution design.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory standards.
Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and overall platform health.
Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
Establish development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
Lead technical teams including developers, administrators, and support resources.
Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and customizations.
Monitor platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ServiceNow support when required.




Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives related to the platform.

Required Skills
7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Administration.
Hands-on experience with:
ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
CMDB
Service Catalog
Incident Management
Change Management
Problem Management
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow Automation.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and integrations.
Experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Understanding of ServiceNow security, governance, and platform best practices.
Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills.
