Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for manufacturing operations.
Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and customer-specific quality requirements.
Drive quality improvements across CNC and VMC machining processes.
Handle customer quality concerns, audits, complaints, and corrective actions.
Manage New Product Development (NPD) activities from quality perspective.
Lead PPAP submissions and ensure timely approvals from customers.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve quality objectives.
Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
Monitor key quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and other applicable quality systems.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining operations.




Excellent understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and implementation.
Exposure to New Product Development (NPD) processes.
Robust experience in customer handling, customer audits, and complaint resolution.
Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech graduate (Regular).
Proven experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering industry.
Ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Solid customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
