Role & responsibilities
Supervise night shift production to achieve daily production targets on time.
Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
Manage manpower, machine operations, and coordinate with maintenance for smooth production.
Control raw material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain production records.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion and shift handover.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills with the ability to handle night shift operations.
Proficient in production planning, reporting, and coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
