Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution through effective data analysis, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track project performance, prepare dashboards, and maintain accurate project records.

Roles Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate project data from multiple stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, timelines, pending activities, and resource utilization.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support management decision-making.
Create Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, and utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely project updates.
Maintain project documentation, records, and status reports.
Identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements to reporting processes.




Support project planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
2 5 years of experience in Project Coordination, MIS, Data Analysis, or PMO.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
