The role is responsible for Costing, Budgeting, and Business Controlling functions to drive operational efficiency for the manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing
Product wise costing for all the items.
Variance analysis
Coordinate & ensure timely completion of Forecasting, Budget & Cost calculation process and reporting
Sales reconciliation and other key routines like COGS analysis, Cost analysis on daily basis

Business Controlling
Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to improve operational performance.
Evaluate plant performance using KPIs (OEE, cost per unit, scrap rate, productivity levels).
Conduct variance analysis (price, volume, efficiency, overhead absorption).

Budgeting & Forecasting
Align budgets with operational capacity, production plans, and market demand.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
Ensure robust internal financial controls (IFC) aligned with statutory requirements.
Oversee insurance, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience in manufacturing industry.
