We are looking for a Training Coordinator to design and deliver workforce-development programs in AI and other in-demand qualified skills. You will own the curriculum end to end from learning outcomes and content design to live facilitation and continuous improvement based on learner feedback. This is a hands-on, fullyremote role for someone who is equally comfortable building a course and teaching it to a (virtual) room.

What you'll do

• Design curricula, module structures, learning outcomes, and assessments for AI and other workforce development subjects.

• Create engaging learning content slide decks, guides, hands-on exercises, projects, and job-ready assignments — for a range of learner levels.

• Facilitate live virtual (and occasional in-person) training sessions, workshops, and cohorts.

• Coordinate schedules, cohorts, trainers, and logistics; manage the LMS and learner communications.

• Keep material current with rapid-moving AI tools and evolving industry needs.

• Track attendance, completion, assessment scores, and satisfaction; report on learning outcomes and iterate to improve the program.

What we're looking for

• 4–7 years in training, L&D;, instructional design, curriculum development, or EdTech content and delivery.





• Demonstrated experience both building curriculum and delivering / facilitating training.

• Working fluency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and the ability to teach practical AI skills to non-technical learners.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with robust presentation and facilitation skills.

• Comfort with an LMS and standard authoring / virtual-delivery tools (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet, Google Workspace, Canva or PowerPoint).

• Self-directed and organised — able to run programs independently in a remote setting. Nice to have

• Background in workforce development, skilling, or vocational / adult education.

• Instructional-design credentials or familiarity with frameworks such as ADDIE or Bloom's taxonomy.

• Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Rise) and basic data / reporting skills.

• Experience training diverse or first-time-workforce learners.
