We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse Geriatric Care to provide high-quality nursing care for senior citizens in home care and senior living settings. The ideal candidate should have solid clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to improving the quality of life of elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to elderly patients in home care and senior living facilities.
Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Administer medications as prescribed and perform nursing procedures, including catheter care and Ryles tube management.
Provide wound care and ensure proper infection prevention practices.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform CPR when required.
Assist patients with daily healthcare needs while ensuring comfort and dignity.
Collaborate with doctors, caregivers,



and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Educate patients and family members on health management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
Maintain compliance with nursing protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
