Roles and Responsibility
Attend calls related to Rational Oven installation, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Conduct site visits to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
Graduate degree in any field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies and processes.
Familiarity with the Cement/Construction/Engineering/Metals/Steel/Iron industry is an advantage.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
