Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Position Summary:

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Western Northern region by identifying recent business prospects and providing technical expertise to clients in the automotive, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and commercial solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development: Actively seek out and qualify recent leads through networking, site visits, and market research within the industrial hubs.

Technical Consulting: Conduct site surveys to understand client workflows and recommend customized material handling solutions (e.g., VRC Lifts, FIFO racks, or Conveyor systems).

Proposal Management: Co-ordinate with Design Costing Departments for technical proposals and basic layout interpretations, ensuring they meet the client s technical and budgetary needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers,



including Plant Managers and Purchase Heads.

Sales Execution: Lead price negotiations and manage the commercial terms of contracts. Oversee the process from inquiry to commissioning and final payment collection.

Language requirement: English, Hindi, Gujarati (preferred).

Required Qualifications Skills
BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, specifically with in Material Handling or Industrial Automation.

Skills Competencies

Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (Auto CAD) and a Solid understanding of lean manufacturing concept (Kaizen, 5S)

Hands on experience with CRM Tools and MS office (Excel/ Power point)

Must have a Valid driver s License and be willing to travel extensively for
