Job Description
providing customer support, resolving customer complaints and issues, and identifying prospects for cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
Responsible for opening, amending, reviewing and exiting clients according to established policies and procedures also review clients transactions to detect and report either proposed or completed unusual transactions. Assisting Customer in opening an account through the Video KYC process. Verification of all the documents submitted by the customer while opening the account.
