Attributes:
Having Experience in fund raise in NCD, Term Loan, Bank funding, and other instruments.
Exposure to fund raising activities, debt syndication, and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including fund transfers, banking transactions, and payment processing.
Monitor daily cash flow positions and ensure adequate fund availability across business operations.
Coordinate with banks for account management, fund movements, and transaction-related issues.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain treasury records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
Support debt servicing activities, including interest payments, principal repayments, and lender reporting.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls,



treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and external stakeholders for treasury-related activities.
Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely execution of vendor, lender, and statutory payments.
Identify process improvement prospects and support automation initiatives within treasury operations

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
