Technical Expertise:
Robust understanding ofvehicle-level components and systems.
24 years of solid experience in Modeling - 3D & 2D CAD, Surface modelling, Assembly design, Sheet metal design
Experience invehicle and system-level packaging interface verification.
Hands-on experience inSAM/DMU checks using Teamcenter Visualization mockups.
Robust knowledge ofvehicle process and part assembly sequence (Mandatory).
Positive understanding of:
GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Desirable
Tolerance stack-up / dimensional chain analysis – Mandatory
Automotive regulations – Desirable
Competitor analysis / benchmarking – Desirable
Software & Documentation Skills:
Strong working knowledge ofExcel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
