We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive DuraGrace's growth in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bhubaneswar. The ASM will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets, building and managing a robust dealer and distributor network, and forging strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants. This is a high-impact, field-intensive role suited to a commercially savvy skilled with deep market knowledge in the bath and kitchen accessories segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Mumbai / Delhi / Bhubaneswar)
Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network within the territory
Build and maintain lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants
Identify current business opportunities and proactively expand market presence
Drive secondary sales growth through the dealer network and ensure sell-through at the trade level
Conduct dealer meets, product presentations, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility




Monitor competitor activities and market trends report actionable insights to management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, product availability, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client visits, and target achievements

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate in any discipline
4–8 years of relevant sales experience in Bath Accessories, Kitchen Sinks, Bathroom Vanities, Sanitaryware, or Faucets
Strong existing dealer and distributor network in the respective territory — a critical requirement
Established relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors in the region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimum supervision in the field
