We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Secure, Kanban, Agile, and Scrum practices, with proven ability to drive delivery excellence in complex, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Coaching: Guide teams in adopting Agile principles, ensuring alignment with Secure and Scrum practices.
Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Kanban Implementation: Introduce and optimize Kanban workflows for continuous delivery.
Healthcare Domain Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (claims, benefits, eligibility).
Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove blockers to maximize team productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of SAFe, Kanban, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
Experience in the healthcare domain, with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of enabling high-performing Agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Protected Agilist or Scrum Master certification.
Experience with healthcare IT systems and integration testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
