Role & responsibilities
Manage software deployments from Development to Production settings.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC principles.
Configure and manage Ansible Tower for deployment automation.
Work with Git/Bitbucket repositories, branching strategies, and Pull Requests.
Manage artifacts using Artifactory.
Deploy and support applications on OpenShift, OpenStack, Azure, and VMware Cloud (VMC).
Perform workplace management, troubleshooting, and production support.
Create deployment documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams.
Support release activities during weekends or off-hours when required.
Monitor environments using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Nagios, or Sensu.
