Sales & Business Development
Drive General Insurance sales through leads generated exclusively by HDFC Bank telesales callers.
Engage with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Maximize lead-to-policy conversion and achieve assigned premium and revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all allocated leads.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid working relationships with:
Tele Sales Executives (TSEs)
Team Leaders
Unit Heads
Other call centre stakeholders
Collaborate closely with HDFC call center teams to ensure consistent lead flow and improved business productivity.
Work alongside 4–5 Sales Managers stationed on each floor of the HDFC call center to drive business outcomes.

Training & Capability Building
Conduct product training and refresher sessions for current and existing HDFC callers.




Support current caller onboarding through insurance product orientation and sales process training.
Ensure call center teams remain updated on product features, campaigns, and regulatory requirements.

Lead Management & MIS
Maintain accurate MIS records for all assigned leads.
Ensure timely opening, tracking, and closure of leads within prescribed timelines.
Monitor lead status, conversion ratios, and sales performance metrics.
Submit periodic performance and productivity reports.

Customer Service & Operations
Provide end-to-end support for policy issuance processes.
Assist customers and HDFC teams in claim-related queries and policy servicing requirements.
Ensure adherence to defined service-level agreements (SLAs) for all operational and customer service activities.
Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
