Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors and senior management team to drive long-term value creation, oversee all areas of the business, and ensure the companys mission and vision are effectively executed

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-level strategies to achieve business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Lead, inspire, and manage the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure productive management of all departments.
Foster a robust organizational culture based on integrity, accountability, innovation, and performance.
Represent the company in public forums, industry events, investor meetings, and media engagements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, employees, board members, investors, and regulators.
Ensure effective risk management and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.




Present regular reports on company performance, strategy, and risk to the Board of Directors.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to expand the companys reach and impact.

Required Skills :
Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., COO, CFO, or General Manager).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant Masters degree is strongly preferred.
A strong track record of successfully scaling organizations and managing P&L; responsibilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of corporate governance, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
Ability to lead through change, uncertainty, and complexity.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
