Key Responsibilities
Lead finance and accounting operations for India and US entities.
Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and US tax compliance.
Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, Bookkeeping, and Cash Flow.
Coordinate statutory and external audits.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Ensure compliance with Indian and US accounting standards.

Mandatory Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA (US) / ACCA / CMA
12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
5+ years in Finance Controller / Finance Leadership role
Robust knowledge of US GAAP

Taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS)
Audit & Internal Controls
Budgeting & Forecasting
Team Management
Advanced MS Excel
ERP experience (QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / SAP / Oracle)
