Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Solid knowledge of management consulting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with franchise operations and management is an added advantage.
