Roles and Responsibilities
Assist site engineers in executing civil construction projects, including PEBs (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and steel structures.
Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship during interior works and people handling.
Collaborate with team leaders to manage labour resources effectively for effective project execution.
Develop solid communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT Architecture software proficiency to create detailed designs and drawings.
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The role involves coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
