Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting daily lodge operations and ensuring Taj Safaris? luxury hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, and safari operations to ensure seamless guest services and timely resolution of guest requests.
Welcome guests warmly, provide information about lodge facilities, safari schedules, and local attractions, and ensure personalized service throughout their stay.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation,



and readiness of guest areas while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Support the execution of wildlife activities, cultural experiences, and special guest events in collaboration with internal teams.
Handle guest feedback professionally, escalate concerns when required, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Follow all environmental sustainability, wildlife conservation, and health & safety guidelines established by Taj Safaris.
Maintain accurate operational records, participate in training programs, and contribute positively to a team-oriented and guest-focused work workplace.
