Job Description Customer Care Executive (Voice / Chat / Blended )

Location: Noida & Gurugram
Salary Range: 19,000 - 48,000(based on experience, process, and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our customer support team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Apprenticeship opportunities are also available for freshers looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chat depending on the process.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Document interactions and update internal systems accurately.
Follow standard procedures and meet quality & productivity targets.
Collaborate with team members and escalate cases when necessary.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as required by the process)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
