Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
Identify high-impact keyword opportunities (education, summer programs, Ivy League programs, etc.)
Optimize program pages (e.g., camps, certificates, fellowships) for search visibility
On-Page SEO
Optimize website content including meta tags, headings, internal linking
Improve SEO structure of landing pages and conversion funnels
Work with content & design teams to ensure SEO best practices
Technical SEO
Conduct regular site audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
Fix issues related to page speed, broken links, schema markup
Collaborate with developers for implementation
Content & Keyword Strategy
Build SEO-driven content calendar (blogs, guides, landing pages)
Identify content gaps in areas like student programs, global education, career exploration
Optimize existing content for better rankings




Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Drive high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and PR
Build authority in the education & student programs niche
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
Provide weekly/monthly SEO reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of SEO experience (preferably in EdTech or content-driven platforms)
Robust understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and analytics
Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
