Role Overview:

Were looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. This role is a mix of field travel(very minimal) and office-based responsibilities. The deal candidate will serve as the point of contact for external communication, manage operational activities at recent project sites, assist in research and business development, and support content/documentation creation for various business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a qualified Point of Contact (POC) for the company; ensure fluent and effective communication in both written and spoken English.
Create drafts, proposals, reports, and other documents as per business requirements.
Assist in research and development (R&D;), including market analysis and exploration of new business opportunities.
Conduct site visits, manage on-ground marketing and operations, and ensure smooth execution of projects at recent locations.




Travel and stay at outstation project sites as and when required for the above responsibilities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless project deployment.

Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at different locations for work (very minimal).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in operations, field marketing, or business development is a plus.
