Role & responsibilities :-
Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.
80-100 calls have to do on a daily basis
Able to work under Target and pressure
Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri / Linkedin.
Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Requirements
Must be a Graduate along with recruitment experience.
Need to have excellent communication skill.
Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.
Must have a laptop & WiFi connection & Power Backup
Must be comfortable with Targets.

Required Skills: end to end recruitment, team management, client coordination, recruitment,

Shift timing 9am to 6pm.
