Record all walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in the CRM/register.
Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is closed.
Maintain a healthy conversion ratio from inquiries to sales.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Verify that all products have correct price tags and promotional materials.

Billing & Documentation
Prepare quotations accurately.
Complete sales documentation without errors.
Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment collection.
