We are looking for an experienced Senior Stibo MDM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Stibo STEP platform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Data Management (CDM), solution architecture, integrations, and data governance. This is a fully remote freelance prospect requiring the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable multi-domain Master Data Management solutions using Stibo STEP.
Create and maintain enterprise data models, workflows, and business processes.
Configure and customize Stibo STEP, including Workbench, Web UI, business rules, and workflows.
Develop advanced JavaScript-based business rules and customizations.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, XML, JSON, and cloud platforms.
Implement data quality frameworks, duplicate detection, matching rules, and AI-driven data governance capabilities.




Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
Support data migration, validation, and synchronization across enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to project teams.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP implementation.
Robust expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and Customer Data Management (CDM).
Experience designing multi-domain MDM architectures and enterprise data models.
Advanced knowledge of Stibo STEP Workbench.
Solid programming skills in JavaScript.
Experience working with XML and JSON.
Hands-on experience with REST API development and integrations.
Experience integrating with Kafka and cloud-based platforms.
Expertise in workflow configuration, business rules, and Web UI customization.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, matching rules, and duplicate detection.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
