Support daily operations for the Food & Beverage Manager role at Taj Safaris while maintaining luxury hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments, participate in shift briefings, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Deliver personalized guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns professionally, and promoting resort facilities, wildlife activities, and additional services.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene,



and operational readiness of work areas, equipment, and supplies in accordance with statutory and Taj Safaris standards.
Assist supervisors and managers in implementing process improvements, training team members, monitoring inventories, and achieving departmental performance goals.
Comply with organizational procedures, environmental sustainability initiatives, emergency protocols, and contribute positively toward team engagement and guest loyalty.
