Install, Commissioning and Deploy equipment at customer location.
Provide technical support to customers through field service engineering, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to equipment.
Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair complex problems, utilizing solid communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, improving overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs and follow-up actions.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support.
Provide Equipment daily report to manager.
