The purpose of a beverage portfolio position is to manage a company's range of products to achieve business objectives such as driving growth, increasing profitability, meeting consumer needs, and enhancing market position. It helps a company allocate resources effectively by understanding each product's performance and potential, allowing them to innovate, optimize offerings, and adapt to market shifts by focusing on strong brands.;

Role Dimensions
1 Conduct a Tasting session for the Beverage brands with Horeca outlets- Hotels, Bar, cafes,;
restaurants etc.
2 Create innovative alcoholic Non alcoholic recipes for the customers
3 Masterclass with hotels, Bar school, Hotel management colleges
4 Robust connections with local bartending community
5 Meet the minimum tasting session criteria per month
6 Promote the brands on social media platform
7 To influence the client with presentations and sessions to push secondary sales.
8 To support the opening of new outlets as per business requirements.
9 Introduction listing of new Products to existing and non-existing customers.
10 Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets Brand-wise in the assigned area




11 Meet the Coverage Tasting Target to achieve sales targets.
12 Maintain positive relationship with Customers Distributors.
13 Sending Beverage Sales Report to the reporting manager in the specified format

Candidate Skills
Good mixology/Bartending skill
Innovative

Candidate Profile
Hotel Management Degree
Experience 3- 4 years in Mixology/bartending
Solid knowledge of hotel, bar, restaurants
Understanding and in-depth experience of having worked with Star Hotel/ Bars
The candidate needs to bemobile with a 2-Wheeler / 4-Wheeler
Must have an Android phone
