Adotrip.com is looking for corporate travel field sales professionals with at least 3 years of experience in acquiring corporate clients for Travel & MICE services.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Corporate Sales (Travel & MICE) to lead and expand our corporate client base.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in selling travel solutions, including corporate travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE).
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of MICE events.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential corporate clients to generate recent business opportunities for travel and MICE services.
Build and manage a solid pipeline of corporate accounts and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers in corporate organizations.




Work closely with the MICE operations and travel teams to ensure client requirements are delivered with precision and satisfaction.
Develop and execute customized proposals and presentations to pitch MICE and corporate travel solutions.
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pricing, logistics, and execution of MICE projects.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
