Job Description:

We are hiring an AVP – Strategic Sourcing for a leading Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Gurugram. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Indirect Procurement, IT Procurement, Category Management, Vendor Management, and Commercial Negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sourcing and indirect procurement across IT and technology categories.
Manage procurement for Software, Hardware, Network Infrastructure, Telecom, Technology Consulting, Systems Integration, Qualified Services, and Data Management.
Drive end-to-end sourcing, including supplier selection, RFP/RFQ, commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and vendor onboarding.
Develop category strategies, optimize spend,



and drive cost savings.
Manage supplier relationships, vendor performance, and procurement governance.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Indirect Sourcing, IT Procurement, or Category Management.
Solid experience in vendor management, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
Exposure to indirect sourcing across IT and technology categories.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in a GCC, MNC, or large enterprise setting is preferred.
