Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence:
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take drink orders, recommend beverages, and ensure guests receive prompt and qualified service.
Upsell signature cocktails and luxury drink options to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain awareness of guests needs, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues or requests.
Bartender Skills & Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotel’s standards, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.
Use advanced techniques and knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes.
Maintain consistency in the preparation and presentation of all beverages.
Ensure all drinks are made with precision and in a timely manner while maintaining an organized, clean work area.
Quality Control & Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, ensuring that supplies are always available to meet guest demand.
Adhere to inventory control procedures and assist in the regular stocktaking process.
Properly manage and rotate stock to ensure quality and prevent wastage.
