Role Overview

Lead end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, payroll governance, and process automation while ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory regulations.
Lead payroll audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Drive payroll automation, process improvements, and HRMS optimization.




Lead and mentor the payroll team while maintaining high accuracy and governance.

Requirements
MBA in HR, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/ Payroll systems (Keka, HONO, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
Experience handling payroll audits, vendor management, and process automation.
Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
